Terms of use
The short, honest version.
Plain terms for a simple arrangement: you bring the music, Resonink sets down what it hears.
The service
Resonink turns audio you play into generated artwork, in your browser. It's provided as-is: we work hard to keep it accurate and available, but readings (key, tempo, the felt word) are interpretations of sound, not guarantees, and features may change as the work matures.
Your music, your rights
- You're responsible for having the right to play the audio you feed it. Resonink doesn't store or redistribute your audio; it never leaves your device.
- The paintings are yours. We claim no ownership of artwork made from your sessions. Personal use is unrestricted; if you sell goods bearing artwork made from someone else's song, clearing the underlying music rights is on you.
Fair use of the service
- Don't attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse the feedback and analytics endpoints.
- Don't misrepresent Resonink's output as another person's artwork or as officially affiliated with an artist or label.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resonink is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Total liability is capped at what you've paid us (today: nothing).
Changes
If these terms change materially, the date below moves and the change is called out plainly. Continued use means acceptance.
